For Normal / Combination to Oily Skin After cleansing, apply an amount of about half the dropper to the entire face area. Gently massage into the entire face using the palms and body heat to work into the skin.

For Sensitive Skin After cleansing, prep the skin with toner and apply about 3-4 droplets of the Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop evenly onto the skin. For extra sensitive skin, try mixing a few drops into preferred serum or lotion until the skin is used to the product.

Tips
1) Vitamin C products are recommended for use during the day. Follow with sunscreen when using in daylight.
2) If it is your first time using a vitamin C product, a minor tingling may be experienced. This is a normal process due to the difference of pH levels in the skin and the vitamin C, and is absolutely safe to use.

Notice
1) Recommended to store it in a cool and dry place away from direct sun light.
2) For the best effect of vitamin C, please use it within 2~3months after opening.
3) If a slight color change occurs, the effects of the product will not be influenced.

Due to the 5% vitamin C within the product, color change can occur.
To avoid color change, please store in a dark, cool and dry place, such as the fridge.

This serum comes packaged in a white box with magical holographic print that's weirdly difficult to photograph, but it's very pretty!
The Serum itself is packaged in a clear bottle, with black, white and holographic details. I was immensely surprised that this Serum is in a clear bottle since Vitamin C Serums do tend to oxidise and go off quickly when exposed to light.
Klairs claim that they have "Hybrid Stabilization Technology" to stop it from being ruined, but I still prefer to store mine in the dark, just in case.
I really love that there is a dropper top for this Serum, it makes it so much more hygienic and easier to use.
The Serum is clear in texture and a little runnier than oil, but not as thin as a traditional toner. It's really easy to spread and absorbs pretty quickly. However, it does have a kind of gross scent which sticks to my hands like nobodies business, it smells like metal/blood/oranges. It reminds me of when I needed to take liquid Iron supplements mixed in with Orange juice. So weird.
For the first couple of days I used 2 drops of the Serum morning and night after cleansing and with a wait time of 20mins before using my other skincare products. This is my first foray into actives, and since my skin is a little more vulnerable while on acne meds I need to make sure that I don't damage it accidentally because I don't know it's limits. I felt like it made my skin marginaly brighter and smoother, but nothing drastic.
After 5 days of using the Serum (which I thought was one week, but nope, Monday to Friday) I can actually see my skin looking better which is impressive! This is when I started to use the Serum after my Skinfood Perfect First Serum and using 4 drops rather than 2.
My forehead wrinkle has plumped up a little which I am very pleased with, though I'm not 100% sure if this is the Vitamin C or just since it's generally a more hydrating product. (You can just see the wrinkle in the top photo, it's on the right side).
My chin is probably where I saw the least improvement, I was really hoping that the scar on my upper lip would fade more, but perhaps it's because I don't quite apply enough on my upper lip.
(The lighting is different, yes. The weather has been difficult and I couldn't wait another day to get an identical overcast day)

What I Love
- Easy to use
- Good for sensitive skin/beginners
- Mostly inexpensive ($23)
- Gives subtle brightening effect
- Helps fade acne scarring
- Hydrates my skin

What I Don't Love
- Makes my hands smell like metal

Final Thoughts
Even though I've only been using the Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop Serum for two weeks, I'm really enjoying how smooth it makes my skin feel and I'm so excited to see some of my very stubborn acne scarring fading! It's gentle enough to use on sensitive skin/acne med skin and still have an effect which I love, because I was incredibly cautious to add an active (though a weak active) to my already sensitive skin but I am honestly so happy with the way it's making my skin feel and look!

Please stay tuned for an update in about 2 months with (hopefully!) some awesome results! ^ ^

Thank you so much to Wishtrend for providing this product for review! This does not effect my opinion on the product, and I will always provide an honest review. My integrity is worth more than a bottle of free serum. ^ ^
