Today I'm going to be talking about theAritaum Sugarball Velvet Blusher! A couple of days after I bought the four shades in the range, Aritaum announced they were redoing the range and introducing new shades. Like, how annoying is that. But at least this can be a good guide for the colours when they inevitably go on sale!
Today I'm going to be showing you some KBeauty dupes for the Benefit Lip Tints! I reviewed the Benefit Lip Tints earlier on in the year, and I was really surprised at the price point of the products considering I had products that were almost identical in my collection for a fraction of a price. If you prefer to purchase branded cosmetics you do you boo, if it makes you happy then do it! However for me $57 per shade is un-achievable,so Ive picked out my favourite dupes for the range for less than $10 each.
Today I'm going to be talking about the Etude House Dear My Blooming Lips Talk Matt Collection! It took me a very long time to pick up some of these lipsticks because there are a fair few colours in each range, but I really couldn't resist because the packaging is just so cute!
Today I'm going to be talking about my shopping experience with AliExpress! Don't worry, I didn't purchase any counterfeitmake up and skincare, only shoes and clothing! I've never shopped with AliExpress before because I am always a little wary of these sorts of sites!
I found AliExpress easy to navigate, but it is really difficult to track down specific items because there is just soo much out there. Other than having to trawel through thousands of wedges, it was easy to create an account, fill my cart and checkout. I wish they would let me use Paypal though!
Today I'm going to be talking about Kose Softymo Deep Cleansing Oil! I picked this up recently because I needed a new cleansing oil after not loving many of the solid cleansing balms. This is a cleansing balm that is pretty popular, and I generally say that I don't review cleansing oils because they're kinda boring, but since I'm doing something a little new with it I thought I would show you!
Today I'm going to be talking about the Fairy Drops Quattro Mascara! I picked this product up from Sasa recently because I needed a new mascara. I actually had both this mascara as well one of the Heroine Make mascaras in my shopping cart and ultimately decided on trying the Heroine Make Mascara. Somehow my brain decided to remove the Heroine Make Mascara from the cart and keep the Fairy Drops in, so I'm reviewing the Fairy Drops Mascara instead!
Today I'm going to be talking about the Château Labiotte Wine Gel Nail Polish! It's been so long since I talked aboutnail polishes on here, but I was so excited when BB Cosmetic reached out and offered to send these polishes to me for review because they are just SO cute!
Today I'm going to be Missha Aqua Cover Foundation! I bought this because it came in the shade 13, and I also have the two classic Missha BB Creams in the shade 13 that work really well for my skin too. There weren't very many reviews on this foundation, but it had some really promising claims so I was super interesting in trying it out!
Today I'm going to be talking about my shopping experience with Jolse! I haven't shopped with Jolse for 2 years because even though the prices are good I just hate the website soo much.
I still hate the website, but at least they've gotten rid of a lot of the side bars. The side bars still flick down the page as you scroll which is annoying, but they're substantially less annoying than before. The site still logs you out after being inactive for 5mins (like if I go and make a coffee, or go to the bathroom) and the password is still obnoxiously long and complicated. Otherwise, it was easy to fill my cart and check out.
Today I'm going to be talking about the Etude House Fresh Cherry Tints! These are definitely not new products, but I've never tried from them before and I always hear great things about them, so I thought it was well worth trying out.
Today I'm going to be talking about the Beauty Blender Liquid Blender Cleanser and the Daiso Detergent for Puff and Sponge! I have used the Beauty Blender Cleanser for a little while now because it was easier to buy than the Daiso Puff Cleanser, but I've always heard that the Daiso Cleanser was really great and really cheap, so I recently bought it from Sasa so I could compare the two!
Today I'm going to be talking about my shopping experience with BeautyBoxKorea! I have been eyeing up this website for a wee while now, but haven't been able to actually create an account, but now this is fixed I was able to make an order!
I found BeautyBoxKorea quite easy to navigate, but for months I was not able to create an account with BBK because of a missing tab that would let you check if your username was available. However now that it is fixed, I found it easy to create an account, fill my cart and check out.
Today I'm going to be talking about my experience with Smile Brilliant! Smile Brilliant was so generous and sent me a whitening kit to review. This is my second foray into whitening my teeth, a couple of years back I tried some of the infamous Crest 3d Whitening Strips which made my teeth soo sensitive I was only able to use them 3 times, so I was slightly hesitant to try out a whitening service. I did have a chat to the Smile Brilliant associate (Erin is fab by the way!) and she reassured me that the whitening fluid does come with a Desensitizing Gel to keep the discomfort to a minimum.
Today I'm going to be talking about some of the Colourpop Hello Kitty lipstick range! This is my first venture into Colourpop, and initially I was only going to grab the Lippie Stix, but ended up grabbing Puroland too which contained 5 mini's of the liquid lips in the Ultra Matte and Ultra Satin formula too, so decided to throw them into this review too. Usually I only review complete collections, but since this was such an unknown for me (and usually I focus on Asian Beauty) I decided to just go for a small amount of products to begin with.
Today I'm going to be talking about the Holy Snails Shark Sauce! As you might notice I only have a mini size of this powerful little serum, and it's taken me a while to figure outhow I can utilize this to the fullest extent.
Today I'm going to be talking about the Swanicoco Pore Care Range! These products were kindly sent for review by Swanicoco. I have previously talked about skincare by Swanicoco and I really enjoyed using their products, so I was excited to try out some more!
Today I'm going to be talking about the Peripera Peri's Ink The Velvet! I have the Spring/Summer17 shades because I thought they looked so pretty, but there are actually 10 other shades in this line too!
Today I'm going to be talking about my shopping experience with Kirei Station! I have wanted to shop with Kirei for some time now, but it's not the cheapest place to shop nor is it the most convenient so I have put it off for quite a while.
I found this website pretty easy to navigate, though I find the black background to be a little heavy. It was easy to create an account, find items and check out. After checkout I did have some difficulty using my order section, it doesn't update with any shipping information, so if you're like me and your shipping info gets sent to the junk section of your inbox, you won't be able to find your tracking number on your order information. I also contacted Kirei to find out where the tracking details were, but they replied with the tracking website, not the actual tracking number (which went to junk, where I found the dispatch email anyway) which wasn't very helpful at all really.
Today I'm going to be talking about the Beyond Alice in Wonderland Glow Cream Shadows! These shadows were kindly provided for review by KoreanKiwiBeauty which is an amazing KBeauty store here in New Zealand!
Today I'm going to be comparingBenefit Porefessional to the Innisfree No Sebum Blur Primer! I used to love using the Benefit Porefessional, but I haven't used it in so long, I think I just forgot about it really because I find it quite hard to get silicone based primers to work well with a lot of foundations as they don't really mix well with water based foundations.
Today I'm going to be talking about the Too Cool for School Milk Tints! I spotted these while looking for a lavender toned lip tint and was surprised to see that they have a really nice little colour range and super cute packaging.
Today I'm going to be talking about my shopping experience with IBBI! I have shopped with IBuyBeauti before, but it has been quite a while so I thought it would be nice to shop with them again and see if anything has changed!
I find IBBI very aesthetically pleasing, it's really easy to navigate and it has really easy to use filters to really specify what products you want to choose from. They have a great range of KBeauty brands too. I already had an account here so I didn't have to create another one, but it was still easy to add items to my account and check out. My only issue with this website is the scrolling, it seems to scroll in big chunks rather than a smooth continuous smooth which does make it a little frustrating to browse.
Today I'm going to be talking about the Skinfood Sugar Cookie Blush! I picked up 5 out of the 6 shades recently, and it seems that the 5th shade which is Bebe Pale Pink is discontinued. As soon as I swatched these blushes I knew that they were a complete fail for me, they are as hard as rocks and there is absolutely now powder when you try to use them which means no colour.
Today I'm going to be talking about the Skinfood Black Sugar Perfect First Serum 2x Essential VS 2x Light! The original formula is an old Holy Grail for me, but since they don't seem to make that anymore, I had to see what the difference between the 2x Essential and 2x Light!
Today I'm going to be talking about my shopping experience with Sasa! I've shopped with Sasa before, but it was quite a long time ago (3 years ago!), so I thought it would be well worth refreshing to see if anything had changed.
I find Sasa reasonably easy to browse, sometimes it is hard to find specific products as they won't pop up when searched, but the brand browse section is good. I already had an account here, but it was easy to log in, fill my cart and check out.
Today I'm going to be talking about the Peripera Peri's Ink Drop BB in the shade 1! This is my first time trying a BB Cream from Peripera, and this product intriguedme since it is so little and came in a lovely pale shade!
Today I'm going to be comparing the Clinique Take The Day Off Balm and the Banila Co Clean It Zero! I always hear people talking about how much they love both of these make up removers, but there is quite a big price difference and I swear if I hear one more person tell me that the Clinique is the best thing since sliced bread but in reality they only used make up wipes previously I might go crazy. In my opinion, any cleansing balm or oil is going to be better than a make up wipe anyway, so saying the Clinique balm is the best thing ever is really quite misleading.
Today I'm going to be talking about the Lil Moon 3 Tone Color Lens in Cream Greige! I picked these lenses up recently, and since I was blessed by the optometrist with the same prescription in both eyes I was able to just pick up one box of 10, so I needed to do this review super quickly!
Today I'm going to be talking about my shopping experience with Colorpop! I have never shopped with Colorpop before because the shipping is usually quite expensive, but currently they have free shipping over $50! I couldn't spend $50 there because everything is soo cheap, so I teamed up with my sister-in-law (good work brother) and we hauled together! ^ ^
I found the website really easy to navigate and it's really aesthetically pleasing. It was easy to create an account, fill my cart and check out.
Today I'm going to be talking about the Revitalash Advanced! This is a very well known product for conditioning eyelashes and helping them grow long and lovely. It's really no surprise to me that this has become a Holy Grail for me since it is so widely loved, but I do wish it was cheaper because lets be honest, it is a pricey product.
Today I'm going to be talking about my shopping experience with Cosmic NZ! Cosmic NZ is one of the only places I can purchase Lime Crime in New Zeleand that will ship quickly. I made my purchase during December, which is why I needed the quick shipping!
I find Cosmic NZ to be easy to navigate, it was easy to create an account, fill my cart and check out.
