Klairs Freshily juiced Vitamin Drop that cotinas 5% Ascorbic acid is suitable for all skin type and ages even if you have very sensitive skin.
For Normal / Combination to Oily Skin After cleansing, apply an amount of about half the dropper to the entire face area. Gently massage into the entire face using the palms and body heat to work into the skin.
For Sensitive Skin After cleansing, prep the skin with toner and apply about 3-4 droplets of the Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop evenly onto the skin. For extra sensitive skin, try mixing a few drops into preferred serum or lotion until the skin is used to the product.
Tips
1) Vitamin C products are recommended for use during the day. Follow with sunscreen when using in daylight.
2) If it is your first time using a vitamin C product, a minor tingling may be experienced. This is a normal process due to the difference of pH levels in the skin and the vitamin C, and is absolutely safe to use.
Notice
1) Recommended to store it in a cool and dry place away from direct sun light.
2) For the best effect of vitamin C, please use it within 2~3months after opening.
3) If a slight color change occurs, the effects of the product will not be influenced.
Due to the 5% vitamin C within the product, color change can occur.
To avoid color change, please store in a dark, cool and dry place, such as the fridge.
Ingredients:
Water, Propylen Glycol, Ascorbic Acid(5%, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Centella Asiatica Extract, Citrus Junos Fruit Extract, Illicium Verum(Anise) Fruit Extract, Citrus Paradisi(Grapefruit) Fruit Extract, Nelumbium Speciosum Flower Extract, Paeonia Suffruticosa Root Extract, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, Polysorbate 60, Brassica Oleracea Italica (Broccoli) Extract, Chaenomeles Sinensis Fruit Extract, Orange Oil Brazil, Sodium Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Disodium EDTA, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Camellia Sinensis Callus Culture Extract, Larix Europaea Wood Extract, Chrysanthellum Indicum Extract, Rheum Palmatum Root Extract, Asarum Sieboldi Root Extract, Quercus Mongolia Leaf Extract, Persicaria Hydropiper Extract, Corydalis Turtschaninovii Root Extract, Coptis Chinensis Root Extract, Magnolia Obovata Bark Extract, Lysine HCL, Proline, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Acetyl Methionine, Theanine, Lecithin, Acetyl Glutamine,SH-Olgopeptide-1, SH-Olgopeptide-2, SH-Polypeptide-1, SH-Polypeptide-9, SH-Polypeptide-11, Bacillus/Soybean/Folic Acid Ferment Extract, Sodium Hyaluronate, Caprylyl Glycol, Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol"(1)
This serum comes packaged in a white box with magical holographic print that's weirdly difficult to photograph, but it's very pretty!
The Serum itself is packaged in a clear bottle, with black, white and holographic details. I was immensely surprised that this Serum is in a clear bottle since Vitamin C Serums do tend to oxidise and go off quickly when exposed to light.
Klairs claim that they have "Hybrid Stabilization Technology" to stop it from being ruined, but I still prefer to store mine in the dark, just in case.
For the first couple of days I used 2 drops of the Serum morning and night after cleansing and with a wait time of 20mins before using my other skincare products. This is my first foray into actives, and since my skin is a little more vulnerable while on acne meds I need to make sure that I don't damage it accidentally because I don't know it's limits. I felt like it made my skin marginaly brighter and smoother, but nothing drastic.
After 5 days of using the Serum (which I thought was one week, but nope, Monday to Friday) I can actually see my skin looking better which is impressive! This is when I started to use the Serum after my Skinfood Perfect First Serum and using 4 drops rather than 2.

I really love that there is a dropper top for this Serum, it makes it so much more hygienic and easier to use.
The Serum is clear in texture and a little runnier than oil, but not as thin as a traditional toner. It's really easy to spread and absorbs pretty quickly. However, it does have a kind of gross scent which sticks to my hands like nobodies business, it smells like metal/blood/oranges. It reminds me of when I needed to take liquid Iron supplements mixed in with Orange juice. So weird. For the first couple of days I used 2 drops of the Serum morning and night after cleansing and with a wait time of 20mins before using my other skincare products. My forehead wrinkle has plumped up a little which I am very pleased with, though I'm not 100% sure if this is the Vitamin C or just since it's generally a more hydrating product. (You can just see the wrinkle in the top photo, it's on the right side).
My chin is probably where I saw the least improvement, I was really hoping that the scar on my upper lip would fade more, but perhaps it's because I don't quite apply enough on my upper lip.
(The lighting is different, yes. The weather has been difficult and I couldn't wait another day to get an identical overcast day)
What I Love
- Easy to use
- Good for sensitive skin/beginners
- Mostly inexpensive ($23)
- Gives subtle brightening effect
- Helps fade acne scarring
- Hydrates my skin

Final Thoughts
Even though I've only been using the Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop Serum for two weeks, I'm really enjoying how smooth it makes my skin feel and I'm so excited to see some of my very stubborn acne scarring fading! It's gentle enough to use on sensitive skin/acne med skin and still have an effect which I love, because I was incredibly cautious to add an active (though a weak active) to my already sensitive skin but I am honestly so happy with the way it's making my skin feel and look!
Please stay tuned for an update in about 2 months with (hopefully!) some awesome results! ^ ^
Thank you so much to Wishtrend for providing this product for review! This does not effect my opinion on the product, and I will always provide an honest review. My integrity is worth more than a bottle of free serum. ^ ^

Sponsored Review: Benton Honest TT Mist
(Sponsored)
Hello Princesses!
Hello Princesses!
Today I'm going to be talking about the Benton Honest TT Mist! This Mist was kindly sent to me by Roseroseshop. This is my first Benton product, and I was really excited to try the mist as it's supposed to be quite cooling and the weather is only getting hotter in NZ!
This mist comes packaged in a very sterile black and white cardboard box, I'm really glad that everything is translated into English because I cannot read Korean (though I'm told it's actually not too hard to learn!).
The mist itself is very tall and skinny, and is again, very simply packaged. I was really surprised that the mist is in a soft squeezy bottle rather than a solid plastic bottle.
I really like the long tube packaging because it makes it so much easier to travel with! The only other facial mists that I own are the Tonymoly Pocket Bunny Mists, and as gorgeous as they are, they're just so hard to travel with!
This mist has a standard spray nozzle which works really well, it's super easy to depress so I can spritz my face quickly with no effort.
However, the spray does spray out droplets rather than a fine mist. This is great for hydrating my face as I feel like I'm getting much more of the product on my skin, but it doesn't work well over make up because the droplets are so big that they create little dimples in my foundation.
This mist also has no scent which is incredibly weird, it just smells like warm wet skin. I assumed it would smell heavily of tea tree, but no! I find that it hydrates my skin quite nicely, it's not incredibly heavy which means I can use it many times throughout the day without making my skin feel greasy.

What I Love
- Not scented (no irritating fragrance)
- Refreshing and cooling
- Lightly hydrating
- Great to travel with
- Great price point ($8USD)

- Can't be used over make up
Final Thoughts
I'm actually pleasantly surprised by how much I like this mist! I was slightly hesitant to review this product, just because so many Western Tea Tree products are very drying for the skin, and my skin is already quite dry. But I found that this mist was nicely hydrating for my skin and I really love how cooling it feels to spray during summer. The only thing that I didn't love about this product is that you can't really use it over make up because it almost melts my base a little, which as you can imagine is not that attractive! I do find this mist more hydrating than the TonyMoly Pocket Bunny Mists that I reviewed previously so if you're looking for something a little more substantial, I would definitely recommend checking out this mist!
Thank you so much to Roseroseshop for sending this product out for review, as always, I provide an honest opinion on products. If you would like to purchase the Benton Honest TT Mist for yourself, you can find it at Roseroseshop for $5.31USD!

Sponsored Review: Soufeel Christmas Collection
(Sponsored)
Hello Princesses!
Hello Princesses!
Today I'm going to be talking about some of the gorgeous charms from the Soufeel Christmas Collection! I have talked about Soufeel previously but I cannot express how excited I was when Soufeel contacted me to ask if I would like to review some of their Christmas Charms! I love getting festive, and this is just another way I can express how much I love Christmas! ^ ^
The first charms I chose were the Sleigh and Reindeer set! These are absolutely adorable and I find it hilarious how chubby the reindeer is! The Santa has a little bit of a death stare in the first photo, but he doesn't look nearly as sinister in real life.
The Sleigh hooks onto the back of the Reindeer, but of course you can wear them separately if you want to! These are my favourite charms of the bunch because they're just so cute!
The snow-covered log cabin is very sweet, and really detailed! This is the biggest charm that I chose and does tend to make my bracelet sag a little, but it's just so festive!
The Snowman is definitlely my second favourite of the charms, it's really adorable and big enough to be detailed, but small enough to fit on the bracelet nicely.
The little stocking is so cute, I never had Christmas stockings as a child because we had Santa Sacks instead (waves of nostalgia right now!) but it doesn't make it any less adorable. This is the smallest charm!
The last charm is a second stocking! This one is really cute too, and has these little dangly beads hanging off the back with rhinestones around the top.
All the charms came safely packaged in these little snaplock bags inside the velveteen cushioned box.
They also sent me another of their standard bracelets.
The charms come inside this super cute box, and they also include a little gift bag in the package if you want to package the bracelets up nicely as gifts!
Sleigh and Reindeer Set - $100.00
If Christmas is your favorite holiday, or you love collecting unique bracelet charms, this is a must-have set for you. Our Sleigh and Reindeer Set in .925 sterling silver is such a magical design. The front charm is a smiling reindeer with a crystal-accented harness that shimmers and shines so elegantly. The second charm is the big man himself, ol’ Saint Nicholas, AKA, Santa, being pulled around in his festive sled with a bag full of gifts. A holiday charm set like this would also make for a great gift for Christmas lovers in your life. They will be blown away when they see what a thoughtful and sweet gift you got for them. Match this with everything from lovely snowflake charms, to Christmas tree charms. The first charms I chose were the Sleigh and Reindeer set! Snatch one up for yourself, or one for a Christmas loving friend in your life. The last charm is a second stocking! This one is really cute too, and has these little dangly beads hanging off the back with rhinestones around the top.

What I Don't Love

Final Thoughts
As with last time, I really like these charms! I think it's a brilliant gift for someone who wants Pandora, but doesn't want the full price tag of Pandora because you can add any Pandora charms to this bracelet too. I know personally I didn't want to splash out and buy Pandora or even the Michael Hill version because I just couldn't justify it, and thought that the bracelet would look so lonely with one little bead, so these are a great alternative, and there are some super cute charms too!
Thank you so much to Soufeel for sending these for review! ^ ^
