First Impression: Skinfood Miracle Food 10 Solution Serum and Cream

Hello Princesses!

Today I'm going to be talking about the Skinfood Miracle Food 10 Solution Serum and Cream! This long and confusingly named product is even more mysterious to me as I can't find any translations for each product online, only an overview of the line.

 What Does It Do?
Serum

"Skin Food] Miracle Food 10 Solution Serum 60ml

Whitening + Wrinkle Improvement

Experience ten different fascinating skin improvements within 10 days with PHYTO MIRACLE, a substance that was extracted from 10 Miracle food(Ganoderma, Raspberry Wine, Dark Green Tea, Macchie, Artemisia Capillaris, Spinach, White Ginseng, Quinoa, Honey and Carrot) by ultrasound low temperature sonication, and Miracle food 10 Solution Line, which contains antioxidant oil that was applied with SUBMICRON technology."(1)

This Serum is quite thick, erring more towards a lotion type of texture rather than a serum! I find that it absorbs relatively quickly, but leaves my skin feeling, and looking really nourished and moisturised. It does leave my skin looking a little shiny, though I don't mind that right now as I'm on Orotane so my skin is very very dry!

This Cream is really thick, almost like a gel rather than a cream. It leaves my skin looking super smooth and nourished, but it doesn't absorb quickly at all, even after 3 hours I will still get some oily residue come off my skin. At the moment this is quite ideal as my skin doesn't produce any oil (due to Orotane) but I can imagine this being really overwhelming for oily skin or during the summer time.

Would I Purchase These Products?
At this point I would seriously consider purchasing these products if they were a little more affordable ($30-40USD each!) because they make my very dry skin feel gorgeously soft and plump! However, I'm not 100% sure if I should buy them, because as soon as I stop taking my acne medication my skin should go back to being quite oily. I don't imagine that these products would be ideal for oily skin as they leave a dewy/oily finish on the skin (unless of course you're wearing makeup over the top).

I would definitely recommend these products for dry skinned Princesses as they provide a lot of moisture and nourishment, but perhaps not for oily skinned Princesses as it might drown your face in oil. ^.^

  1. Thanks for this review! My skin is quite oily so I guess I should avoid it.
