Store Review: Wishtrend

Hello Princesses!

Today I'm going to be talking about my shopping experience with Wishtrend! As you guys might know, I was sent a product for review by Wishtrend during December, and in January they offered to send me a $25USD coupon to spend on the website. I chose to spend more money while shopping with them because I wanted to, but I did use the coupon for full disclosure. This does not affect my opinion in the slightest, but I do have affiliate links in this post, so if you don't want me to make money (and buy more products) feel free to not click anything on this page!

Website Practicality

I find the Wishtrend website really easy to navigate, it was easy to create a log in, fill my cart and checkout. I did have a couple of issues using my coupon so I did have to reach out to the customer support to help me out with my order, but they were all very polite and helpful! I found it easy to search for products, but the one filter search I couldn't find was for eye creams, which is what I originally wanted to purchase.

Price Comparison

The prices on Wishtrend are quite competitive, but for a single item the shipping really drags it down. This is a reason why I haven't shopped here before, the brands they stock aren't my usual go-to brands and I didn't know enough about the other ones to make solid life decision purchases on to bump my cart over $69 which is the free shipping price.

Shipping and Packaging

I placed my order on the 19th of January, my package was shipped on the 20th and arrived on the 30th! I was pretty happy that it arrived on the 30th, since my other order from another store hasn't arrived yet (and it better not be lost or I will actually maybe cry). Everything was packaged securely in a cardboard box and there was only one casulty which was the Cosrx Galactomyces 95 White Power Essence! :C I was also given a bunch of freebies including a Klairs mask!

This essence sadly leaked throughout the box which is a little bit sucky :S But I will email Wishtrend CS and update this when they reply!

Final Thoughts

I really enjoyed my shopping experience with Wishtrend! The shipping was quick (and free in my case!) though I can understand that the $10 shipping fee is quite off-putting. I will say though, I found it hard to bump my cart up to $69 (which is why I have 3 sheet masks) because there aren't really any very little products like tools etc that you can pad the shipping fee out with. I'm really interested to see how they will handle a leaking product, and update this shortly with their reply!
