Manicure Monday - Birthday Nails

Hello Princesses!

Today I have my extra special birthday nails to show you! I really love these nails because they incorporate everything I love in manicures and they make me super happy! ^.^
I used Butter London's Poole for the greeny/blue colour, and a couple of rose water decals for the cute little pink roses. I finished off the middle two nails with a bunch of rhinestones to glam it up a little, because I can! ^.^

My birthday is tomorrow (13th of Jan), any other January babies here?

Review and Giveaway: Born Pretty Store French Edge Water Decal

(Sponsored)
Hello Princesses!

Today I'm going to be showing you some super cute floral french tip water decals! I'm all about water decals because they make my nail art look super fancy with very little effort (and also because I'm terrible at nail art, just terrible). These decals were kindly sponsored from Born Pretty Store, thank you BPS!
These water decals are called French Edge Nail Art Water Decals Transfer Stickers Camellia Pattern Flower Sticker - B058, but for simplicity let's just call them French Water Decals, because that name is quite long.

The nail decals have a beautiful purple floral pattern that is absolutely perfect for summer! They're longer and wider than my natural nails which is actually a good thing since I have regular to small nails. You can always cut the decals to be shorter or wider, but you can't make them longer or wider for Princesses that have bigger natural nails.
These decals worked exactly as the should have and were super easy to apply. They lasted really well, but this all depends on which topcoat you apply to how long it lasts. I found that cutting the decals to more or less match my nail length worked the best, because if they were too long the curled up onto the nail after top coating and wrecked the pattern.
I also made a quick video on how to apply these cute french tips!

I'm also doing a small international giveaway with Born Pretty Store, and I'm giving away some of my favorite nail art products including the ones in this photo! All you need to do is "like" my video, leave a comment, and subscribe to my Youtube channel to enter.

What I Love
-Super cute
- Easy to apply
- Long lasting
- Well priced ($1.99USD)

What I Don't Love
- Nail shapes are too large for my nails
- Need to be cut down at the tips to avoid curling

Final Thoughts
I really liked these decals! They make my nails look elegant, they were really easy to apply and well priced. I would totally recommend these, and will be purchasing more in different patterns from Born Pretty Store! ^.^

Manicure Monday: Pastel Floral

Hello Princesses!

Today I have some cute pastel floral nails! I saw a similar nail design while creeping on Pinterest a while ago, but cannot find the original picture! I can safely say that I well and truly suck at nail art, I can't even draw curved lines let along draw straight ones! -.-
I had a couple of nail casualties on my other hand which I usually don't photograph anyway, so I had cut them shorter and rounder! The design still looks super cute on short nails though!
For the manicure I used OPI's Second Honeymoon and Planks A Lot for the purple and pink. The gold beads come from Born Pretty Store, and I can't quite remember where the nail decals came from since they're quite old!

I'm also trying out the watermark around my nail instead of somewhere in the corner, what do you princesses think?

Manicure Monday: Dressed Up Nudes

Hello Princesses!

Today I have another super cute manicure to show you - my Dressed Up Nudes manicure for the PANZ Challange!
To create my manicure, I started with a nude base colour which is OPI's Samoan Sand. I added some white lace water decals on my middle and ring finger, and a simple black rhinestone on my index and pinkie finger from Born Pretty Store. There are so many ways to dress up a nude polish, so check out all of the amazing entries at the PANZ blog to find some inspiration!

What's your favorite way to dress up your nude polish? Leave me a link so I can check out your favorite nude manicures!

Manicure Monday: Happy Birthday to me Nails!

Hello Princesses!

Today is my birthday! ^^ Yay! It's also Monday, and I have probably one of the most extravagant manicures I've ever done for my special day!
I used CND Vinylux in Romantique for the base colour, pink diamantes from Fullmoon07, and two different types of rose water decals!
The full nail water decals went on perfectly this time after my previous struggles! >< They're a little too oval at the base of my nails to blend in well, but they're gorgeous all the same!
I used singular rose water decals for the rest on my nails ^^
I'm glad my manicure turned out so cute! ^^ The last photo came out way too yellow, so now it's not quite the same tone as the other photo's >< Oh well!

Now I'm off to eat some cake and enjoy my birthday day! :D xx
