Manicure Monday: New Years Eve

Hello Princesses!

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday! ^^ I had a little time off to spend Christmas with my family, since it's so rare now that we are all in one place at one time and have nothing to do!

For my final Manicure Monday of 2013 I've got a subtle, yet not actually subtle manicure ready for New Years Eve! I've had naked nails the past couple of days while I worked at the BW Festival in Gisborne, serving alcohol for 11 hours a night (and I now have crazy sore feet!) so my hands and nails were needing some extra TLC, glitter and happiness!
For this super simple manicure, I used Milani's Holographic polish in HD to create a simple french tip, and glued a small pink bow to my ring finger (although the bow looks huge in  the photo!) I really love this manicure because it's really quick and simple, but is still super cute and sparkly!

My family and I are all set to stay home, watch movies and eat delicious food for our New Years Eve, since the only party in tiny Gisborne is Rhythm and Vines, which is hardly family friendly! What are you princesses doing for your New Years Eve?

Manicure Monday: Milani Holographic Gradient

Hello Princesses!

This Monday I'm wearing Milani's Holographic polishes; Hi-Res, Cyberspace and HD in a gradient! ^^
The gradient looked super sparkly in real life, the flash photography shows off the colours better!
I'm still pretty much in love with this collection of polishes! :3 Also look at how long my nails are getting! Eeep! This is the longest they've ever been, EVER! I'm incredibly excited because I've always had trouble getting them to grow because they are quite flimsy and tend to just break off. :/

Do you guys have trouble growing your nails too?

Manicure Monday: Digital

Hello Princesses!

This Monday I'm wearing Milani's 3D Holographic polish; Digital.

I've become quite a fan of the collection, but I'm currently missing 3D and Hi-Tech. I'm not sure why one of the shades is called 3D when the collection is called 3D Holographic, that just seems a little confusing to me. Milani's 3D Holographic polish; 3D. It just doesn't have quite the same ring to it!

Now I'll be the first to admit that the photo's I have today do not do the polish justice at all! But because of the lack of sunshine during winter (plus my nocturnal behavior) I'll have to wait until I complete the collection to take some better photos!
Overall I really love this polish! I picked it up second hand for about $3 so I'm over the moon that it turned out such a favorite of mine!

On Thursday I'll be reviewing Revlon's BB Cream!
